US Shipping Temporarily Disabled 

Due to the recent scrapping of the de minimis rule, all goods under $800 entering US will be subject to tax. It is currently unclear if our mail provider will be available to pay duties in advance for this. 

We are just waiting for Royal Mail's systems to be updated and hopefully we can resume shipping to the US again. 

Product Origin 

We are aware of the high tariffs in place for United States. All of our stationery products are designed by us in the United Kingdom. We use local manufacturers as much as possible however many of our products are manufactured in China. If you would like more information about our product origin please check the product listing or contact us.

 

Delivery & Returns 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes we do! We ship all over the world :) 

Where is my parcel? Where is my tracking number? Do I need to pay additional fees? 

We try and dispatch orders as soon as we can. We currently have longer dispatch times. Your order will be dispatched within 1 weeks. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

For standard shipping tracking is not included but shipping can be upgraded to tracked at checkout. Please have a look at the below estimated delivery times. 

UK Domestic Shipping 

Royal Mail Second Class delivery usually takes 2-5 days from day of dispatch. 

EU Shipping

Royal Mail International Standard to Europe usually takes 2-4 weeks from day of dispatch, however delays may occur at customs and delivery might take up to 5 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Standard shipping is untracked and but can be upgraded at checkout. 

Please note: 

VAT and any customs/handling fees will need to be paid when you receive your parcel. Please check with our local customs authority for the most up to date information.  

Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient and we are afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges.

International Shipping

Shipping to the rest of the world usually takes about 2-5 weeks from day of dispatch, however delays may occur at customs and delivery might take up to 6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs. 

Standard shipping is untracked and but can be upgraded at checkout. 

Please note: You may need to pay additional charges when accepting parcels from the UK. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we are afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges.

Will I be charged import fees on my order?

Note & Wish is based in the UK. Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to to import fees and handling charges. These charges must be paid by the receiver. 

These fees vary from country to country, so it is best to check with your local customs office first before purchasing to avoid any unexpected surprises. We will not declare your item as a gift or under declare the order amount. 

I gave you the wrong address, what should I do? 

If you have given us the wrong address please let us know as soon as possible. If we have not shipped it out yet, most likely we can amend it. 

Buyers are responsible for supplying correct addresses in the correct format. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, the order will either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or reshipped at the buyer's expense if they purchase another item.

How can I return my item? 

We accept returns within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order and we can get that sorted for you. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to standard, please contact us. We will do everything we can to try and make it right.
