Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We ship all over the world :)
Where is my parcel? Where is my tracking number? Do I need to pay additional fees?
We try and dispatch orders as soon as we can, within 3-5 working days. For standard shipping tracking is not included but shipping can be upgraded to tracked at checkout. Please have a look at the below estimated delivery times.
UK Domestic Shipping
Royal Mail Second Class delivery usually takes 2-5 days.
Royal Mail International Standard to Europe usually takes 2-4 weeks, however delays may occur at customs and delivery might take up to 5 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
For orders under 150 Euros, VAT is added automatically at check out and all customs information is provided electronically on the shipping label, as shown by the IOSS logo. No additional VAT and fees should be collected at customs.
If in rare cases, you are requested to pay additional VAT and fees, please discuss this with your custom authority directly. We will not be responsible for any extra costs and we will not be able to refund any extra VAT or fees paid. However, if you do have any problems please contact us.
VAT is not collected for orders over 150 Euros, which means you will need to pay additional fees. Please contact the relevant custom authority for further information.
Shipping to the rest of the world usually takes about 2-5 weeks, however delays may occur at customs and delivery might take up to 6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Please note: You may need to pay additional charges when accepting parcels from the UK. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we are afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges.
Will I be charged import fees on my order?
Note & Wish is based in the UK. Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to to import fees and handling charges. These charges must be paid by the receiver.
These fees vary from country to country, so it is best to check with your local customs office first before purchasing to avoid any unexpected surprises. We will not declare your item as a gift or under declare the order amount.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
If you have given us the wrong address please let us know as soon as possible. If we have not shipped it out yet, most likely we can amend it.
Buyers are responsible for supplying correct addresses in the correct format. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, the order will either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or reshipped at the buyer's expense if they purchase another item.
How can I return my item?
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order and we can get that sorted for you.
If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to standard, please contact us. We will do everything we can to try and make it right.
Do you do wholesale orders?

Can I use your products for resale or for other commercial purposes?
Our designs can be freely used on finished products for sale as long as it is used for decoration, for packaging and it is used in conjugation with other products. Attribution is not required but would be appreciated.
- You may not use our stamps designs to sell finished impressions for others to use.
- You may not use our washi tapes to sell washi tape samples for others to use.
