Can I use your products for resale or for other commercial purposes?
Our Mission
We love seeing our products spark creativity in letters, journals, packaging, and workshops. This policy explains what’s fine, what’s not, and how you can enjoy our designs while respecting our rights.
What You Can Do
- Use our stamps and their impressions for personal projects (letters, scrapbooks, gifts, journaling for yourself).
- Share photos or videos of your projects online, with credit to us where possible.
- Use impressions from our stamps for decoration on letters, invitations, or packaging for commercial purposes — for example, sealing envelopes for customer orders or adding a wax seal to business gift wrap.
- Include our products in journaling workshops only if we have agreed this in advance — please contact us to discuss details.
What You Cannot Do
- Sell any standalone product containing impressions from our stamps (including but not limited to journaling packs, stationery bundles, scrapbooking kits, stickers, or other goods where the wax seal is a main item for sale).
- Copy, reproduce, or modify our stamp designs for any commercial purpose beyond what’s allowed above.
- Use our designs or impressions in a way that could harm our brand or mislead customers into thinking you’re affiliated with us.
- You may not use our washi tapes to sell washi tape samples for others to use.
Workshops
If you would like to:
- Use our wax seal or rubber stamps in a paid or free workshop, or
- Provide products containing our impressions as part of a workshop kit
…please get in touch first. Any such use is subject to our agreement and may require a licence. Any stamps used must be credited by including one of our business cards.
Our Rights
- All wax seal stamp designs are protected under UK copyright law and UK design rights.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or change this policy at any time.
- Breaching this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, design right infringement, or passing off.
